Losing Weight the Healthy Way (~6 hours)
EITHER all day (9:00-3:30) OR 4 evenings (6:30-8:00)
This seminar is based on the lifestyle program developed by Dr. Diana Schwarzbein, endocrinologist, to balance the hormones of the body. Balanced hormones lead to balanced energy levels, positive moods, and inherent achievement of ideal body weight and composition just to name a few. The five steps of this program will be explained and discussed giving all participants an opportunity to evaluate and consider how to incorporate these principles into their own lives. Some of the physiology of this program will be discussed (in lay terms) to allow participants to understand what is happening in their bodies and why following this program is a healthy lifestyle choice. The seminar will be a combination of Power Point lecture/presentation with handouts, hands on activities and demonstrations.
An individual 50 minute follow-up consultation with Candice (within 6 weeks of the seminar) can be included (and is highly recommended) as a package.
Complimentary snacks demonstrating the balanced eating plan advocated by this program will be available to participants.
